Hi all, I'm arguing with the service centre who 'cleaned' my 1160 head instead of replacing it (basically they don't like being caught out). Its getting perfect nozzle checks but banding. They wanted to see proof of the problem. So I printed a purge pattern through the piezo driver with OEM inks in place and it shows banding on the last 25% of the test across all four colours (where they fadeout - I guess B/W midtone area). Is this a genuine test or am I missing something?
