[Digital BW] Re: 1160 head problems

Okay, so I'm assuming they did all the alignments then with the 
software, the head is just bad (my manual calls out for the software 
to be used whether the head is replaced or just cleaned by removing). 
Odd since these "software" alignments are done from actual printouts 
of the head and a human eye judging them for correctness.

But even stranger is I'm assuming that you're paying for the head 
change, it's not a warranty repair. If so, as you say, you should 
indeed get what you pay for-you will have to pay the expected cost of 
new printhead.
