Hello All I need some advise. I am using the 1280 and MIS VM inkset with Paul"s curves. I am having a problem matching my monitor to my printed output. I used Adobe Gamma to set up display. I am using PS 7 for my images EPson HWM paper If I set my displayed image for a good print (brightness and contrast), then apply a curve, the printed image is much too light. I can correct this by darkening the image on the screen till I get a good print. The problem is if I have to make corrections to the image the shadows are black. I then have to start all over lighten to fix then darken to print. Now I have set my monitor using a grayscale to adjust brightness and contrast to get a good print. I have to set monitor very very bright to get a good grayscale image and print. I didn't have this problem with my 1270. I am not sure if their is a way to correct this. I hope this makes sense Ed Blake
