I ordered one from them the end of May and got it a several weeks ago -- busted. I called Epson and they overnighted a replacement to me that's working fine. I expected a wait, but not that much and you can't get the status from their web site. Would I do it again? Probably if I wasn't in a hurry for it and the price difference was worth it. Apparently, the 1160s are getting a scarce as hens' teeth, so you can expect quite a wait.
