Austin, if you don't sharpen your images at all, they CANNOT be as sharp as they can get. ALL images with scanned with scanners need at leas a little sharpening. I've read this so often, it's taken for granted. No matter how sharp your images are, run your image through the KPT equalizer and see if they aren't just a "Little sharper".
