Norm,

I believe Paul Roark is traveling or he would answer your question since he
has an 870 for curve development use. For the 870 the best way to go would
be the one of the MIS Variable Mix ink sets and Paul's workflow. You would
need to buy empty cartridges from MIS and load them yourself or invest in a
continuous inking system from MIS or InkJetGoodies.

ConeTech has announced that 1270 support is coming and that might work with
the 870 as well but we will need to wait and see. (Sounds like a Piezo
update may be coming.)
