FYI, I happened to call Epson this morning to express my disappointment at not at least having the option to get the Gray Balancer software in the U.S. Was pleasantly surprised that I got to speak to an actual human being, and right away. She told me that they had "just received a memo this morning" regarding the situation, and said that an Epson rep would call, fax or email me to discuss. I will of course report back here once I hear something. Not holding my breath for much more than some P.R. damage control, but who knows.
