Digital BW, The Print

I finally closed the deal on a used Epson 3000 with a full set of MIS
Quadtone inks, and have begun to play with it, using Photoshop 5 to
manage my image files, and send them to the printer.

The fellow ran off a really beautiful print for me, when I went to pick
up the printer, to show me what the machine is capable of... amazing! I
have printed up a few sheets of my own, and see that I have a LOT to
learn.<g> I know that a lot of the learning process is trial and error,
but if anyone can suggest a Title, Author, or URL which they have found
as a particularly good resource, I would be very grateful.

I figure that the first hundred or so questions I will have will be a
little too remedial to post to a list, and I'm not even sure which are
the best keywords to use in a search. Heh!
