Digital BW, The Print

I have used the 1280 both with Piezogtaphy BW and Piezotone. I have had very
little problems, except with the switch from CIS Piezo to CIS Piezotone, in
which I have experienced some micro-banding . This has gotten better with
time, head alignment and trial & error. I was so happy with the WN Piezotone
that I bought another 1280 for the Selenium Piezotone and for now I use the
carts foe this machine. To date I have not noted any banding, and the prints
on Hahn Photo rag are wonderful. The 'magenta cast " in my mind or output is
extremely minimal and have not noted shifts of any degree with different
illumination sources. Depending on the usage I may switch to CIS later.
