Frank- If you are desparate, you might get a syringe and carefully force some windex (or other cleaning fluid...there are a couple on the market but I don't know their names) through the heads. I had the same issue and finally solved it after serveral weeks of the things you mentioned. The only thing I did differently is I didn't put the ink carts back in. I switched to cleaning carts and ran flush patterns and cleaning cycles every day or two for a couple of weeks, leaving the cleaning carts in and hoping they would go to work on the heads or nozzles....which they eventually did, I guess. It's like getting rid of a cold...just try everything and be patient. You won't know which thing really worked, but who cares if it goes away. I would keep doing the conservative things you are doing plus the carts (skip the head injection). Some of these solvents will eventually break down the glob that is causing the clog. (this is if Antonis' advice on OEM ink trials doesn't work) good luck Tom O'Connell TomOC@s... www.thomasoconnell.com
