See the following two messages on DPR printing forum concerning
making 
custom profiles for the 2200.  Apparently the canned Epson profiles
were 
made using the NCA (No color adjustment mode) setting, which is
non-linear.  
If one attempts to print with such profiles, using NCA, then the deep
shadows 
will be blocked up (95-100% end of grey stepwedge).
