Epson EEM, EAM, and Watermark

2002-08-13 by Doug Fisher

A while back, I posted some information in regard to Atlex's response when I
asked them

1) Have they started shipping EEM paper yet because although their website
listed EEM, some of were still receiving EAM in our orders.

2) Did she know if whenever they did start to receive the EEM, would it
have a watermark on the back.

I posted her reply which was basically call Epson about the watermark. I
called Epson, and after getting shuffled around, was supposed to have been
connected with an expert. The expert said that he felt there would still be
a watermark (but he didn't sound like he was sure about this).

Recently, the woman at Atlex sent me the this follow up message (I have
quoted it exactly). Take it for what it is worth...

"Both papers will have the same sku number...the paper is the same it was
just a name change and the new "enhanced" will not have the watermark.
...Epson is still sending the box that reads archival matte..."
