I've been using acrylic for years. If you need to clean the plastic try Novus Plastic Polish No. 1 available at plastic supply stores like Acme Plastics (located in major markets) or call 1-800-548- 6872. Use a soft, lint free cloth and never use paper towel or newspaper.
