Trish,

Since you have tried different cartridges the only thing I can think of
before calling tech support is to take the cartridges out, get a flashlight
and check to see that the gold contact pins in the print head that touch the
proper places on the cartridge chip are all there and straight. It is
possible that one of them may have gotten bent out of place and that you
could bend it back into position. The odds are though that it is time to get
on the phone.
