The Olympus E10, E20, and E100RS; the Nikon Ds and D100; the Canon 1D, D30 and D60; and the current Kodak DCS series all have much quicker shutter releases.. That said, "quicker" is NOT as fast as comparable film cameras.. Quicker means that they are now in the range of an old Nikon F4 (if I recall the numbers they were in the 40 to 75 milliseconds range)..
