Andy, taking a 4 megapixel image to 30x40 really is pushing it, but I
have seen some 20 x30's with no pixelization. Did the fellow who made
the prints upsample with genuine fractals or similar program?  This
program can take a 20 MG file and make it into a 300 mg file, with very
little loss in quality. (at the proper viewing distance, of course).  If
he did NOT use an upsample program, you would certainly see huge pixels!!
