Minimum Resolution for 11X14

When looking for a scanner, what is the minimum scanning resolution 
to look for to get an 11X14 print with SILVER PRINT COMPARABLE 
RESOLUTION?

Are there any 4X5 film or flatbed scanners out there that meet these 
minimums?
