Photo Marketing Newsline August 28, 2002 BRIGHTCUBE IN DANGER OF CLOSING DOORS In filings Aug. 22 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, BrightCube Inc., which provides technology, products, services and papers for the digital printing markets, said it may run out of money. In March, the company said it had enough cash on hand to last through May 24; on May 8, the company filed a Form SB-2 with the SEC; as of Aug. 14, it has been able to raise about $200,000. If it is unable to raise additional capital immediately, the company may be forced to lay off its workforce and either restructure or close. As of Aug. 15, only nine employees remained.
