Digital BW, The Print

I just had a nightmare with Illustrator 10, no need to go into details. First called Adobe customer services with uninstall/install help & were very helpful. I had to get a special code due to Illustrator 4.0 not being on this system. All went well but when I re-installed Ill. 10, the same problem existed that I had initially and had to call Adobe tech. svc. & they had me up and running within 5 min. of time tech. came on the phone.
Adobe Customer Services should be your first call I think:
1-888-724-4508.  I believe they can solve the problem you mentioned.
