Thanks for this curvy tip, Ken. Here's another one that generates what someone called an Agfa Porta-like print. I picked it up off the Leben Inkjet list long ago: 1. Start with an image and convert it to greyscale to produce an image you find pleasing. 2. Duplicate the image. 3. In the duplicate image erase all imagery and convert the file to CMYK 4. Go back to the original and copy the image into the clipboard 5. Go to the CMYK image and click on the channels pallette 6. Paste the image from the clipboard into "each" of the CMYK channels 7. Convert CMYK image to RGB 8. Open up Curves 9. Click on the little triangle that points left on the slider 10. Click on the 50, 50 input/output point (center) of the graph 11. Drag it downwards till it reads 50, 25 (input/output) 12. Drag down the upper right point (100,100) to read 100, 94 or so. 13. Readjust as necessary. And remember to confess your philandering, I mean filtering, sins to the Photo Purists! Luke
