Hahnem\ufffdhle Photo Rag paper gives me richer blacks than EAM on my 1160
and MIS FS-N inks.  I understand the MIS black ink is the same for all
their ink sets so you might experience the same.  It's a bit more
expensive but in addition to richer blacks I also see finer detail as
well.  Really nice stuff. Give some a try.
