The biggest difference between the Bright White and the Soft White is 
the absence of OB's in the Soft White. They have the same texture, 
weight and coating. Another important factor is the availability. The 
Soft White is extremely limited in its quantities and sizes for 
several more months until it goes back into production. The 
Brightwhite on the other hand is in sufficient quantity and is in 
production. Hope that helps a little.
