I thought I'd post this solution justt received from MIS for the group's interest: It is caused by siphoning in the CFS unit. It happens when there is not air pocket at the top of the cartridge. Read the solution on the our CFS FAQ page, about half way down. If my printer is spitting, how do I stop it ? http://www.inksupply.com/index.cfm?source=html/cobrafaq.html After you do this, then soak a sheet of matte paper with rubbing alcohol, and feed it through the printer about 10 times. This will dry any loose ink that may be on the rollers or feed mechanism.
