Regarding the little ink "dots" I am using the PiezoPro Software as 
directed.  That is, simply opening the file in the Piezo software and 
printing from there after setting the appropriate paper profiles.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
