You do not have to resize your original PS file - QImage does the resizing for you. The interface isn't terrible intuitive but everything is simple once you get the basic concept. There is a very helpful Yahoo Group to answer questions. Before I started using QImage, I used Photoshop, made up a new document, copied each version to the new doc on a new layer...it was time consuming ...but did work after a fashion. The process probably could have been automated from within Photoshop but I discovered QImage and the rest was history. Good luck Linda
