Digital BW, The Print

Hi folks,

If I am printing a monochrome print using the option Working Gray- 
Gray Gamma 2.2 under profile settings, what does that do for the 
final print? I'm working on Epson Premium Glossy Paper (trying to 
duplicate a RC black and white print using the Epson C80). So far it 
looks very impressive (not totally free of the magenta cast like on 
Archival Matte) but I just want to be sure :)
