Truman, the minute you or I buy another 1280 it will be disontinued,
usually within 3 weeks in my case. But the 2200, no matter how good it is,
still is VERY expensive to use as far as ink costs go.  And who knows
if there ever will be a CIS for it?  Too bad epson doesn't recognize the
need for a printer designed for photographers.  It would be an Updated
3000. Nothing more than that. We want HUGE ink Tanks!! Third Party Inks!
and ability to make 16 inch wide prints.
