Kevin..
Push your paper-feed button in until the heads move all the way to the
left..
Then un-plug your machine..
The heads will now move freely from side to side..
The method I use is to cut a paper towel in half, and then fold it
longitudinally so that it will just fit into the tray underneath the
heads/ink supply..I then dampen the towel with Windex and manually move the
head from side to side over the paper towel in the tray..
Repeat several times until less and less ink shows up on the damp folded
towel..
Then, with the head to the left, I place a few drops of Windex on the
"parking pad" all the way on the right hand side of the tray..
Plug your unit back in and the head will move slowly to the right, and
"park" itself over the pad that you just you just dampened..
Wait overnight and do a few cleaning cycles until you get a good nozzle
check..
Good Luck!
