Digital BW, The Print

Ive tried the suggestions involving Windex to unclog the printhead, however
the black still isnt printing... I fed a roll of paper towel through the
feeder, got a dripper to drop windex on the paper towel and manually turned
the cogwheel. I did get some ink deposits dissolved onto the paper, however
the head for black still isn't printing... What should I do next??
