Digital BW, The Print

I see that many are - sort of - obsessed about longevity of their prints
here (not that it isn't important)... What I was wondering is: How does the
print life of an carbon-pigment B/W inkjet print compares with a
conventional Variable Constrast / Multi Grade RC print?
