Digital BW, The Print

Not sure if this is old news here.

But just prior to PhotoExpo Plus East,  I learned that MIS will soon be 
introducing a new Black for glossy/luster  media.  As I understand it, 
this black should be compatible with the current MIS quadsets, allowing 
one to swap out the Black cartridge and finally print to glossy or 
lustre media.. (of course, curves will probably need tweaking -- i.e. a 
new set of curves for the same quadset when using this "glossy media" black)

As with the EPSON swappable Black, you will likely get better results on 
matte papers with the standard quad black..
