Digital BW, The Print

I have a panoramic camera that takes 35x120mm negs.
Don't imagine there is a continuous glass holder for any of these 
upper/mid range 35mm scanners that would take the neg?  Therefore I'd 
need to go to a medium format scanner.

The photo world is full of surprising equipment, so I thought I'd ask.
