Jerry. You got me wrong. Of course a applied your methology when I used MIS inks. I was talking now that I use bronze duotone with epson inks not MIS. And yea you get dots on 1290 even if you have a non grainy image if you use only black ink. You see them very clearly in highlights of the image. If you use all 6 inks this dissappears. But...........with the duotone bronze settings I mentiones you get a very nice sepia print under tungsten light but not so under daylight when it turns greenish. So far I got some prints that look neutral under tungsten and a little blueish-cold-neutral under daylight. So I might stay at this option for now. And when I have some money I might jump to 2200 with Image Print 5 that Andrew Rodney and others affirm that can get perfect neutral results with no metamerism Regards
