Robert - the D30 does indeed have a RAW mode and it is critical that this is used if the image is going to be manipulated significantly, including upsizing. I use Genuine Fractals to increase resolution and find it far superior to Photoshop upsizing when larger images are required. I have rezzed up to 13X19 very successfully on many occasions.
