I received this week a "thick needle" from Campbell Hausfield for my sprayer. It's a needle that's designed for thicker viscosity liquids. The all-purpose is the one that ships with the sprayer; the thick needle is an option that you can easily order direct from their site. http://www.chpower.com/ I also found that I had one junction in the air hose that was quite loose. It was reducing my pressure and volume, due to the leak of air. Once I fixed that, and got the new needle on, I'm spraying with little or no problems. I just sprayed a 24x30 Somerset Velvet 505 sheet, and it worked great. I hung the print at about a 45 degree angle, hanging vertically. Now that the sprayer is all tweaked out, you have to use the knob to turn down the volume, which is a nice change. I am using Satin Hydrocote Poly. http://www.hoodfinishing.com/ Over and out, Mark Tucker
