You are right as long as there are only CcMmYKkkkOGB inks used in inkjets. There was a time when there were only CMYK inks in inkjets, that has already changed otherwise there wouldn't be a list like this. It would be nice to have a hexatone set with a white ink at the lightest channel. I'm reproducing a collage with some torn white (optical brightener) magazine paper glued to a more yellow paper. The paper that I print on isn't white enough to represent the magazine paper, if it would be white enough I'm sure there would be optical brightener in it and that would yellow in time. So a white ink would be handy. Or an ink with only optical brightener in it and accept the fact that it will not last! Clair obscur on a grey paper would be even nicer but it is unlikely that an inkjet ink will ever have the necessary opaque white quality. Ernst
