Digital BW, The Print

I can't discern any difference between Espon Heavyweight Matt and
EAM/EEM. I just printed the same image, same setting, same inks on
both papers and I simply can't tell which is which. (only the cash
register is different)What am I missing?

This is not a smartass question. I'm pretty new at this but I thought
my eyes should see some difference between the two papers. What should
I be looking for?
