This has been discussed a while back, and if I remember correctly the
one thing that the user can't do 
is fix extremely fine white line banding. You may need to send the
printer back for another one. Are you talking about just a couple lines
or hundreds?  If it's just a couple,  something is probably dragging
along with the print head. They need to be cleaned underneath with the
ammonia water and folded paper towel trick.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
