Has anyone tried Ilford's Fine-Art paper? http://www.ilford.com/html/us_english/prod_html/galerie/htm/prod/sfap.htm > > 100% Rag, acid free, textured matt paper > > GALERIE Smooth Fine Art prints will last in excess of 100 years when produced on > pigment ink printers. Prints made on dye based printers will last up to 2 years. > It's pretty expensive at $40 for 25 sheets of 8.5x11 from B&H. I've tried their Gallerie Smooth Pearl paper with dye inks and it looked great, but I didn't have much luck with pigments despite what they claim. I'm wondering if this Smooth Fine Art paper is something unique or if it's just a rebranding of something else. It's interesting that they call it Inkjet Fine Art in North America and the packaging looks completely different. I wonder who they're afraid of a lawsuit from. --Tom
