Steve, If you are looking to calibrate from your prints then I would suggest that you print the step wedge with 5% steps from 100% to 0%. Scan the print of the wedge to a Photoshop file. Use the picker tool to see what the "%" is of each level. (You may need to apply a strong Noise>Median filter to each square to even out the scan.) Then create an adjustment curve to so that the difference between each step of the wedge is identical. I would expect ImagePrint to take care of this type of thing for you though and this should not be necessary. If you are not getting a good screen to print match then check the Files section for use of the wedge in getting a better match.
