Lloyd, What version/release of Silverfast are you using - I have 6.0.1 r28 -if you have this one too then its likely the image not coming into PS is a bug ? The peculiar thing I've just discovered by trial and error is that the problem doesn't occur with the 35mm strip film holder, only with the other 3 (35mm mounted slide, 120 size film & the glass holder). Is there a link between the Silverfast software and the film holders ? I don't think RAM can be an issue as I have 768MB.And the latest scanner firmware.
