All the heads and dampers have been replaced by epson and I get the problem with new carts or old. I've given up on trying to eliminate the banding...hiding it turned out to be easy with IJC. I mentioned this because I think it demonstrates the importance of such a piece of software...it opens up a whole new set of possibilities for trouble shooting. Many people have been struggling with posteriztion from MIS inks lately because densities were slightly off...this is an easy tweak in IJC. Robert
