Old or new carts will not change the flow through the clogged cartneedle in the inkslot of the printer. Epson technician never think of that and I know of two 9000's where one cart needle was blocked that way. It isn't difficult to get it open again. Of course it is nice to solve it on software level but I rather would like to have things alright beneath that level. Ernst
