Digital BW, The Print

Following my post relating to an upgrade for the combination of 
PiezographyBW/1160 and MIS FS Neutral, I found out that Colorbyte 
offers a RIP named Imageprint 5 (which includes MIS FS inks sets) for 
the Epson 1260/70/90 (but apparently not for the 1160).

Have someone compared such solution with the Piezo one? What about 
the print quality? Is Colorbyte RIP a better alternative to 
Piezography solution ?
