EDIT > Preferences > Plug-Ins & Scratch Disks

"Additional Plug-Ins Directory" (gets set to the old directory)

AND

"Legacy Photoshop Serial Number" (self-explanatory)

Soooooooo MUUUUCHHH easier than re-installing all the plug-ins again.. 
Too many have separate registration features..
