Now, in the automobile world, car manufacturers are REQUIRED to post a Total Cost of Ownership number and a Average cost per mile (taking into account ALL EXPECTED operating costs - excluding license registration and insurance). In Bob Michaels' world, those regulations are unnecessary, we as consumers should somehow create that information or purchase it.. Patently absurd. Finally, I should note that my replies may be a bit less timely than in past, as some here already know, I have accepted proposals that I run for BOTH my Local Board of Education (non-partisan town of 100,000) and NJ State Assembly (as the Republican Party candidate - I know that may shock some) this year. Accordingly, the time I shall have to respond and participate over the next several months will be significantly lessened. I therefore apologize in advance if I seem to drop threads or fail to respond with alacrity. Hopefully, the potential of having an "artist" in office will be seen as a good thing by other artists. God knows we need the representation, and if art IS a mirror of the "real world," perhaps the insights I glean from the artistic realm may be of use in the "real world"... Keith
