Digital BW, The Print

I am using IP5 on Jaguar with an Epson 2200 on Epson Velvet fine art
with matte black ink with the gray 1440 profile. Is there any benefit
to printing a target and having Colorbyte generate a 2880 profile?
Ink costs and printing time are not importent. I am attempting to
print quality black and white. When will Epson Velvet fine art 13by19
become available?
