Digital BW, The Print

I trust multilisters like myself will be patient with a cross post, but I
need some feedback and advice. I am a long-time Epson printer user: couple
of 3000's till I sold one, and now a 2200. But I have become so frustrated
with Epson's rotten customer service and labyrinthine website that I am
considering a change.

Epson's print engine, particularly the 2200, is superb. Is anything else
out there even reasonably comparable, with print longevity? I am printing
fine art prints and, while my 3300 gave me pretty good 16x20's, and the
2200 is wonderful up to 13x19 less margins, I would prefer not to deal with
a company that makes customers' lives needlessly difficult.

Any advice on realistic alternatives to Epson would be appreciated.
