The problem seems to be that every company in the personal computing 
industry has taken the MicroSoft model - throw it out before it has been 
adaquetly tested and let the consumers find the problems. They will fix 
them next time around. Good reason not to buy something the first time 
around. Ever see a MS operating system that was more than a buggy beta 
before "system pack 1" hit the street? Seems Epson is the same.  Where 
has quality control and business integerty gone?
