Digital BW, The Print

On my 7600 up till now, I've been printing in color with Photo Black 
ink on Epson Premium Semio-Matte, and now will soon switch to Matte 
Black ink and matte paper, which I'll use for both color and B&W with 
ImagePrint. The question is which matte paper to use?

When I was printing B&W on the 1160+Piezography, I used EEM and Photo 
Rag, but EEM tends to turn yellowish, and my understanding is that 
Photo Rag is not that great with Ultrachrome inks. Also, I've heard 
(from Bruce Fraser) that Epson Velvet Fine Art will give a slighly 
larger color gamut. Any suggestions?
